In the year 1998, HPPL was restructured under the efforts of five engineers who, banking upon their core strength in the field of Engineering, have reformed and restyled it with major emphasis in Petro Retail outlets Projects. The increasing tunover shows contineous faith of our clients. At the core of HDE is a group of 1st Generation Techno-Entrepreneurs, all passed out from MREC, Jaipur, of the same batch in the year 1989.After having worked for more than eight years in different organizations under varied capacity and experience, the team got together and cofounded HDE.

SANJAY YADAV
He started his career as ‘Executive Trainee‘ with Ansals Delhi,a organization in Real Estate Development. He introduced MIS system in the Engineering Department of Ansals . He got Promoted in successive years during four and half years tenure with Ansals, before joining as one of the youngest Manager (Project Monitoring System ) at Phoenix at Delhi. After six months at Phoenix, got an offer from Dalal Consultants, Bombay (Later on taken over by Mott- Macdonald of UK), with an opportunity to work as Manager (Business Development) in Jaipur. He chose to come back to Jaipur with an intention to start a venture in future along with college mates. During his tenure with Dalal , he secured and worked on multidisciplinary socio-economic development , Feasibility Studies and Detailed Engineering projects. In about a years time, he left Dalal and cofounded HDE in year 1998 along with college mates. Today, working as one of the five directors, and responsible for Strategic Planning , Business Development and HRD .After having achieved its first Five year goals and establishment of HDE , further looking to expanding and set new IT business in areas of strength vis a vis emerging opportunities in the age of new economy.
He is BE (Civil) from MREC Jaipur and obtained management qualification from NICMAR, Bombay.

GAJENDRA SHROTRIYA
He started career in a small instrumentation company in Udaipur (Pyrotech Group) as engineer (Materials). After having an early techno-commercial exposure, he shifted to a large company Rajasthan Petro Synthetics Limited, Udaipur. He served for more than three years in various areas like vendor development , Import Substitution, Material Storage Solutions and Projects He Left the company in 1994 to start on own. After three year of substantial efforts, finally shifted to Jaipur and joined HDE team engaged in Construction and Engineering Business. Now working as one of the director, and responsible for Finance and Accounts besides petroleum consulting business.
He is BE (Mechanical) from MREC Jaipur and currently doing part time MBA.

SANJAY KUMAR
He started his career by doing work independently. He constructed residential buildings in Jaipur and at the same time investing in shares. After doing it for five years, joined a export company and looked after construction of factory and construction of Super Delux Bunglow of the owner of the firm. He left the company and cofounded HDE year 1998 alongwith collegemates. Today working as one of the five directors, he is responsible for construction management at sites and purchase.
He is BE (Civil) from MREC Jaipur and post graduate diploma in Infrastructure Management.

SANJAY SONI
He worked for six years independently since the start of the career. He formed a Credit Finance company, provided finances and credit to individuals and firms. During the same period, he was involved in yarn trading for a year and half. After that he came to Jaipur and cofounded HDE in year 1998 alongwith collegemates. Now working as one of the director, he is responsible for Construction Management at Site, Purchase and finance.
He is BE (Civil) from MREC Jaipur.
